The Being Present Programme

Are you leading or managing a team?

Would you like to find the space to elevate your awareness and thinking when facing challenges and uncertainty?

Would you like to create open, honest and collaborative relationships in your team?

Would you like you and your team to thrive in and out of the workplace?

If your answer is yes, you’re in the right place.

Welcome to ‘The Being Present Programme,’ designed to help you to cultivate greater vibrancy and effectiveness in your professional and personal life.

What does it mean to be present?

Being present enables us to gain far greater awareness of the effects we are having in our own lives, on others, and in the outcomes we are creating.

It bridges the gap between who we are now and who we want to be, unlocking our potential and empowering us to achieve that which we set out to.

Over the course of six sessions, we will explore:

How focusing on being present in life empowers everything we do and everything we are.

How to hold ourselves and each other accountable with compassion and non-judgement.
How to communicate with purpose and honesty and be more present in conversations.
How to navigate challenging situations, thoughts, and feelings, with greater awareness and compassion.
How to create your own wellbeing strategy to use your energy more efficiently and enable you to thrive in life.

I’m excited to share this programme with you as I believe it to be truly transformational.

It is my hope that, through practicing the strategies in this programme, you will find greater peace, joy and fulfillment in both your professional or personal life.

Most of all, I want you to thrive in life, and to reach your potential.

I wish that for us all.

Louise has been wonderful on our programmes at Cambridge. Her work with diverse groups of senior leaders is transformative and inspiring. Both in her mindfulness work and her coaching practice she creates an environment that allows great insight and reflection. Her work is essential for self-reflection, which is the foundation of leadership and management.
